Patrick Sayers, Senior Designer, Illustrator
Patrick Sayers is an accomplished Senior Print Designer with a range of branding experience. Along with his design contributions, Patrick develops illustrations to help strengthen and define a brand identity program.
After graduating in mechanical drafting (technical) from Hamiltons Mohawk College, Patrick went on to study design and illustration at Sheridan College. He graduated as the top illustration student in his final year.
Patrick began his career working as a freelancer at the province's public television station, TVOntario. There he expanded his skill set, developing on-air graphics, set designs and illustrations, for adult and children's programming. As a contractor he continued to expand his client base eventually including magazines like Harrowsmith, Equinox and Chatelaine. Other clients, like the United Way followed quickly. Seven years ago he joined T|S and has been an important part of a series of brand development teams. Motorola, Bell Sygma, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and several other high-tech firms are a few of the clients he has been responsible for.
In the seventeen years that he has been working in applied arts he has won 8 Broadcast Designer's Awards, (including a gold and 3 silvers) as well as 2 bronzes in the National Magazine's Editorial Illustration of the year.
